Today's the day ……………………. to hold on tight

Lots of fun in the Play Park today with Josie and Tessa - and a reminder that the old body is not so supple as it once was.

They climb on to everything, have no fear of heights (or anything else for that matter) and just love being swung, twirled and generally tossed about.  I got stuck on a see-saw - and had to crawl my way off, hoping that no-one was watching.

Just don't ask …………………?!
