What a week. Politics have been as never before whatever your leaning. 
Ten year watch battery is expiring, bizarrely causing time to speed up!  I took a few sharp intakes of breath before I realised.  Cannot bear to be without a watch so purchased another so that previous can have battery replaced and sealed so that it will be ok to use in the pool.
Met an old friend to celebrate her birthday over cappuccino and cake.
Blustery on way home and downpour looked imminent hence blip.
