Day 4 'You Are What You Eat'

Yesterday was a nightmare and it's going to get worse. This has to be the worst week I could have picked for doing a calorie counting project! Eating out 3 nights in a row.

Yesterday I was so hungry by the evening it was lethal. We were due to go out with my cousin, so eating out and being starving - not good. However, I impressed myself, I had a 10 cal jelly an hour before we left and then chose a seared scallop dish with veg and salad which was lovely, so lovely the camera didn't get a look in I clean forgot I was so hungry. I did eat one after dinner mint though. This morning toting it up the meal was very low, scallops are only 50 odd calories for 4, and I love them. Theres hope for the future.

Today I've cooked up a supermarket stir fry which with a dash of soy, mirin and scrambled egg mixed in is very low and very tasty, not to mention quick. It was so low I had pud, full fat yoghurt (needs finishing up) and a 10 cal jelly.

Tonight will be another test, having an Indian out with friends. I've got about 700 calories left so I might just manage it, fingers crossed.

Excercise: None today, I've loads of housework and my legs are aching badly today so a sort of day of rest, so tomorrow I'll have to make up for it as I'm 9th in my challenge now!
