Day 3 'You Are What You Eat'

A little sweetness in the morning and the carbs to keep me going and I glow orange all morning too! Ready Brek and golden syrup, it's like eating cardboard pulp otherwise.

Another day, another birthday, my mate this time. She's stuck in waiting for a delivery on her birthday so I decide to take lunch round so she's not on her own for her birthday lunch. Jacket potato with Heinz beans and sausages, the lowest from the other choices I took round.

Excercise: 40 minutes bike ride, I'm shattered!
