Swirly Shiny Thing

Visited the Aged Ps today, as we had some catching up to do. I'm really lucky to live so close to them - we have an excellent relationship and I enjoy spending some quality time with them. They enjoy my visits because I can read the boiler display and my fingers aren't bent with arthritis - they inevitably put me to work!

Grandma got this swirly, shiny, twisty thing for Christmas, and has hung it above the stair post. It catches the light nicely and I enjoyed the pattern of light it made on the wall, but had to take the picture when it was stationary, as the "action" shots were far too blurred.
