The English Market Cork
Spent the day in Cork today at my friends sons Bar Mitzvah, the Jewish coming of age ritual. It was the first time I'd been in a synagogue, a lot of the ceremony was in Hebrew but with English translation. My girlfriend and her family are not particularly religious but like to honor some of the festivals and customs of the Jewish culture, her heritage on her mothers side. After the ceremony we had a lovely lunch, then I met with Rosie for a few hours for a bit of mum and daughter time before heading home. I wasn't really focusing on photography today but that feels fine sometimes.
