Back to School/Soccer/Seattle

Fall is here so We found ourselves at Fiona’s jamboree soccer games on our first day back…mostly we wanted a chance to see her Dad, our son, who has been working his tail off this summer and couldn’t get any time for the island…so this was a good chance to hear about his project. The bonus was 15 yo Tatum who was also at the games !… (she usually doesn’t come ..even tho Fi had to go to all of hers!) WITH her homework. A junior in HS, she is an excellent student…but I’m not sure this was the best venue for study!

We arrived home last night to a tremendous thunder and lightning storm..I was too tired to try for a photo but we really enjoyed the spectacle! About 8 minutes after Fi’s game ended there was another very heavy downpour..but no lightning now that I had camera in hand. Put the black cloud and all but the soccer player in the extra ()there will be plenty of time for soccer)
