And relax!

After all my rushing around yesterday I wasn’t too happy when the alarm went off at 7.30 but needs must!
Had breakfast and packed a bag and we finally left 15 minutes later than planned at around 9.45.
Journey time to the dealers should have been just under 2 and a half hours but we hit traffic so arrived with 1 minute to spare before our appointment at 12.30.
The handover should taken around an hour and a half but we noticed a couple of minor issues and by the time these were addressed (apart from one which means a return trip to the dealers in the morning) so we finally left around 5. Quick trip to the supermarket and we made it to our overnight stop near Durham around 6.15.
An hour to put all our stuff away and we could enjoy our meal deal - chicken and chorizo paella, veg and cheesecake washed down with wine - not bad for £10!
Now relaxing with more wine before trying out our new beds for the first time!
