Papay

Finally, after 16 years in Orkney, I manage to be on the worlds shortest scheduled flight between Westray and Papa Westray. SO much fun!!

In between flights I was shown around Papay by some very knowledgable and interesting wildlife specialists. Papay really is a beautiful and fascinating island . I hope to go back soon for fun rather than work and stay longer.

The red and white dyke isn’t some weird football graffiti but is to mark areas relating to the airport.
