Enterprising Birds - nest creativity

This must have fallen from a tree. It is vey large and I have no idea what type of birds built it - in the area we have jays and crows - the only birds that seem large enough for this creation. I love the creativity - if you look closely you will see some paper or plastic woven in with the branches.
