Odd, flat day but managed to get some things done and skipped out of a meeting I couldn’t face to go and order flooring. Probably not the absolutely perfect choice but I can’t face any more indecision. Went to a talk by Ruth Davidson this evening. She was very good....open, funny and honest. After one answer she said ‘oops sorry-that was a bit Tory’ which gave everyone a laugh.
Bumped into JD at the talk....so lovely to see her after such a long time and we had a good catch up. Felt more like myself with her...nice
