A few more little jobs and lots of exercises.

Day 29 - shoulder

2000 units of F8 injected no problems. No pain.
I had emailed the Haemophilia consultant and told her I was convinced now that I had been having bleeds which was causing all the pain. She said that I should continue with the prophalaxis treatment for several months rather than weeks as originally planned. I have of course agreed.

Warm day

Washing machine had a good thrashing today.
