The day started well - finished the washing, had a nice cup of coffee and did some ironing. Met Ka for lunch at Pizza Express at Kingston, left to do a spot of shopping and promptly tripped and fell outside the library. Felt a complete idiot, prostrate on the pavement! No bones broken but am developing a nice crop of bruises and came down heavily on my left hand so use of that is rather restricted. Meant I couldn’t clean the house when I got home though! Head throbs every now and again but seems to be not as bad as it was at first
