Another day which didn’t go as planned. Woke up feeling a bit stiff and bruises developing nicely. Got email from C to say she had to go to cardiac clinic and would text me when finished so I could drive over for a day out. SawDF for coffee and for her to hand over book group book. Bad news re F. C texted at 12.30 to say still there and we decided to cancel. Felt quite achey and had developed a head ache so had a lie down on the sofa and woke up 3 hours later! Still felt a bit rough so didn’t really do much for the rest of the day, other than caught up on tv. Waste of a day really
