Sweet Memories

We have finally arrived home after a long journey from Bordeaux. Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half and it was over crowded and slightly chaotic in the Billi departure area which made for a queue the length of the terminal to get through passport control. The late landing meant we ended up driving in the dark along twisting country roads and with lots of traffic pouring out of the Goodwood Revival weekend . Any how we are home ok although Andy has gone down with a nasty cold!

These macaroons reminded me of when we were here four years ago and I popped into this shop to buy Mum some edible treats as a gift from our holiday. Hoping this finds you all well and set for a good weekend.
