High on a Hillside
Today my journey to Mum's for the wekend saw me detouring to Leith Hill, the second highest point in south-east England at 294m above sea level.
It was a lovely warm, sunny day, but the signs of Autumn coming are all around, including fungi in the woodlands (extra).
There was heather blooming in the open scrub areas, so that was the obvious choice for BikerBear's Flower Friday.
