I wanted to save 'The Eye' somehow and googled how to dry or press larger flowers. The results were mostly concerning smaller flowers, and that I've done before. Or a method with 'silica' which I don't have home at the moment. So, I've decided to try and press it anyway, even if it is large. Now it lies between papers under heavy books. Hopefully this will work. I have a little bud from the same stem and I hope it will evolve.
Yesterday I took several shots of the flowers with my Pentax, I'll blip one, as a back blip, later.
