Still going!

Every time I photograph a butterfly I can't help but wonder if it will be the last of the year. There were still plenty in the garden today, like this Red Admiral on the Sedum.
The leaves are just about starting to turn, turning my thoughts to comfort food, so I made a big pot of spiced red cabbage which will go into the freezer in batches ready to serve up with sausages or confit of duck.
