View from Hampsfell towards Arnside

A morning at home and then a walk up onto Hampsfell after lunch.  Wonderfully warm and sunny and lovely light.

Santana dropped me on Grange Fell Road (couldn't persuade him to join me!) and then up to Hampsfell and back down into town and home via the Prom.  Great walk and feel energised.

Exceptionally good phone conversation with No 1 son this evening.  We chatted about all sorts of things for about an hour.  Unusual.
