Three Counties: Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire

A trip to Yorkshire today to get my walking boots stretched and feet checked by the foot specialist.  I have been having some pins and needles  in my toes after about 4 miles.  It seems it is a calf problem and I have to do stretches to try to alleviate it.  From here to the shop where I bought the boots for a bit of stretching.  All good.

Home via Long Preston and Kirkby Lonsdale hence three counties.

Wonderful day weather wise.  Balmy and warm and wonderful autumn colours.
