Sparkles (MM295)

I realised when searching for a subject that neither Gill or I really does sparkly things ... but I did find this small brooch which probably belonged to one of our mothers and it might well have to do :-)

Lit with an LED torch I did manage to get some of the light to turn back on itself and produce a few diffraction like patterns on the mount board the brooch is sat on.  (edit: see extra)

In other news - I completed the photo mounting for the club exhibition - including my own :-)  Jackie, the chair of the photo club in the next village called round with a set of mounted prints we are borrowing to add some extra variety. A discussion ensued on the delights of running a village society (choir in Gill's case) and how getting commitment or sometimes even feedback can be a difficult task :-)

The saga of the lounge and what colour to paint the fire surround is completed, art works going back up on the walls :-)  TV bracket to do - but that can wait  for a few days.
