Here be dragons!

Firstly, I must correct my comments on the accommodation.   The window shutters were closed, the light bulbs are economy so were taking their time, and I still had my sunnies on.  Much nicer in the light of day, which saw us once again paying homage to the sun god, all day, by the pool.
Having frayed my nerves last night by driving through Tropea town, we are going in now whilst it is still light.  Luck with parking will be at a premium  (circa €2 an hour).
Draft beer is a tad on the pricey side @ €3.50 for 200 cl., about £9 / pint!
Perhaps should have stayed at home and just turned up the heating
