Heading home

Back blip

Our flight from Budapest to Amsterdam was delayed by about 40 minutes which wasn’t a problem for us, but the passengers heading for Tokyo and America, north & south, missed their connections.

The connecting flight into Manchester flew in over North Lincolnshire, a first for us. It was good to recognise the roads that we know from the ground.

Taxi home along quiet roads, beans on toast for supper and an early night. It’s good to be home.
