Confession!

I had a confession to make to Andy when I returned from the allotment this afternoon- I have taken on additional plot - the one next to my existing plot. It’s the one with a big bramble thicket that the birds were nesting in this spring and which I thought the plot holders were going to rip out.

So, the thicket shall be saved and I have some exciting plans to draw up for the new plot. I am thinking flowers and a seating area as well as fruit and vegetables. This photo shows the plot - very overgrown but with very little bindweed. To the left you may be able to see my existing allotment.
