I'm afraid I can't be 100% over the location - BUT - I can locate Dounreay, in the extras.
1. From the road, as we passed.
2. From an accidental viewpoint taken during a micro-pause in a lay-by as we climbed away from it. Possibly the side Joe public tends not to see, on account of the fact it's another 300mm Mirror-lens shot.
