Friday: Kissa Tanto

It was another busy day, spent solely in the office. We’re just four sleeps away from our big event and there is a definite energy about the place that we agreed today we were enjoying in a masochistic sort of way. The one issue, which is completely out of our control, is that we need the weather to be good on Thursday so wish us luck with that.

This evening, K and I met up with my former colleague, Niniane, and her husband, Joel. We always got on really well so it was great to catch up. Niniane left us to go and work in the private sector and admitted it was a bit of a shock to the system. I’m pleased that she said that was settling in better now. We met for drinks at the ‘Emerald Room’ and then headed to ‘Kissa Tanto’ for an Italian-Japanese fusion dinner. It was as interesting as it sounds.......
