Junior parkrun/Scottish 10K

Take of two early morning runs.

MrsT was up and away early with friend V to run the Scottish 10k in a very respectable 1.02:02 which was very close to her time last year. She was carrying a slight niggle so excellent time.

L decided during the week she wanted to try parkrun again and agreed the junior one best. She blitzed round on 10:32 and was very excited to finish 16th and wants to go back again. I ran too but stayed at the back talking to my old Uni friend G who was running with his kid too.

Gymnastics class for L in the afternoon allowed MrsT and I a trip to the shops.

Ten pin bowling tonight with the FiL.
