January Challenge Day 7 - Street

Here is a very unoriginal street shot. It is The Cross in Lymm in Cheshire.

I made my way to Lymm along the Trans Pennine Trail part of the national cycleway network. I didn't need to use my new bell to warn anyone of my presence. They probably heard me wheezing from some distance.

When I jumped on the scales on Saturday they showed that I had put on quite a few pounds over Christmas. A case now of making a big number of small modifications that will bring my weight down to where it needs to be.
