Borovets Skiing: Day 7....
...Icy Blue Slope
The jump to the blue slope, omitting the natural progression of the green, was, at first, something of a concern for all of us. One that intensified as we saw how many sinister ice patches were waiting for us. Attempt one was slow, painful and torrid both physically and mentally. Withing an hour though, we were all pretty much free styling it. Boom! Some of the turns lead to awesome speeds, but both Lauren and I felt far more confident at tackling them. Well chuffed for both of us!
