Waste not: reincarnation of mincemeat
If these remind you of my Xmas pies, that's because they are made from the leftovers.
I was planning to do something aloong the line of flapjacks, but I didn't find a small enough tin, and made do with small moulds instead. So they are mini-mincies instead.
Stirred some oat and nut flour into the mincemeat, then dehydrated them for a couple of hours. Topped with remaining cashew frosting and a goji berry. Clinging onto Christmas, still.
