Today marked our dissolution.
I rushed to complete my notes before the laptop functions shut down. I sent an email to my friend saying, ‘see you on the other side’. It all feels a bit unnerving set amongst the wider current climate.
As I left for home I saw this shut up Thomas Cook on the high street and was reminded of when I used to work for them for a while and came in to work one day to be told we’d been taken over by American Express and then not much later going in to work again and being told we been taken over by someone else, I can’t remember who ...just a constant round of bigger fish eating little fish.
