Visit to the doctors which went pretty well, now just need to wait a week for the results.

Lovely yoga session but the spinal twists were heavy going and my legs and hips were very stiff today.

Home this evening for some pizza and TV
A blind black cat was waiting for me on the driveway, never seen it before and it didn’t naturally know to move for my moving car. It’s eyes had that milky quality to them as my headlights lit them up. Seems to be ok but felt like some weird omen!
