Our regular induction event this morning - went well although fewer people than last time, then a chat about some new awards we're launching in January. I went down to visit a new cafe with V, C, and L for lunch. Room's been beautifully renovated and the link up with the charity Social Bite for the catering is working well. Certainly seems to be attracting people in and no wonder the students here are happy.
Slightly odd afternoon accompanying P on a visit and having to field the difficult questions when it got to local detail, then going to meet some international visitors who were hoping to set up some new programmes. They were easy to chat to and had some clear ideas so hopefully that will work out ok. Home and ought to be doing some reading and prep but ended up watching Bake Off....
