Airport fatigue

We left for Hanoi Airport at 9pm last night (2pm GMT). Hanoi Airport was as chaotic as the rest of the city and we had a tiring couple of hours in one queue after another before boarding our plane.

12 hours later we arrive in Gatwick, then stand around for about an hour (it felt longer) waiting for our luggage.

Next more queuing to check in for our flight to Edinburgh and through to departures. We're now hanging about in Gatwick again with a few hours to kill.

I'm very tired of airports.

On the plus side I've had some time to remember a wonderful holiday. I think the only way to cure the holiday blues will be to start planning the next one.
