Shades of Green...

This group of pines grows between one of the Taylor River tracks and a new housing area being developed up Taylor Pass Road towards the Taylor Dam. I love the varying shades of green.... so refreshing. Margaret, Emily and I drove to Nelson today to visit extended family. Quite a special time. We had to return to Blenheim via the lovely but longer Golden Downs and Tophouse route due to a car crash closing SH 6 over the Whangamoa hills.
