Ling Holme island

View on Ling Holme island to which I swam to look for a geocache. Very disappointed not to find it after all that effort, walking a km and back in my wetsuit along the footpath from the village, and two swims to the island and back. Two?   yes two, I took my phone in a dry bag because it has an app to help me find the geocache, however I need reading glasses and could not read all the helpful clues so had to swim back to get my specs and swim back!!!!! I still could not find it.
