These rows of unoccupied chairs
would suggest that the surgery's closed.
But it's open for flu jabs
and maybe these new jabs
explain the unoccupied chairs.

Good to be home. The postie has been keeping our post safe for us in our absence, but I hope he's now noticed we're home and will deliver our backlog tomorrow.

Meanwhile, we've unpacked, have done the washing, had our flu jabs, and are ready for the weekend. Just hope the weather improves so that we can enjoy some nice walks. Today the sun shone briefly (as you can see here), but it was raining by the time we emerged.

Still, there's always Strictly to look forward to ...!
