Reposing in the rain

I've been wanting to take a photo of this sculpture outside the new kayak and cafe business, and today I did. I couldn't decide which photo I liked best, so I added the 1st extra. The 2nd extra is the entire sculpture from the front. I haven't been able to find out any info about it - but I will.
