Summery autumn day

It was our turn (the western side of the UK) to have sunshine today - and it's gone really mild again, too. Had a lovely walk, looking across at a deep blue sea (and a goodly number of yachts). Butterflies were everywhere, mainly red admirals, but also this comma, and one too fast for me to be sure, but that I think was a hedge brown. Dozens of swallows were swooping above our heads, too. Gorgeous!
