Out of focus

Screensaver on my pooter is very pretty.
Was a little hypnotised by it.

Managed the sum total of 3 hours sleep last night. It woud appear that Codeine phosphate gives me heart palpitations. That, combined with my brain continuing to do 'overdrive' in terms of possibilities are making for horrific nightimes.

Not sure how I managed to get through the day, but I did and was pleased with my lessons. Did something different and it worked.

Soon for bath and bed. Breathing exercises, chillout music and hopefully sleep. I have had no caffeine since 4pm so hopefully that will help.

I have managed to get into the Doctors - NEXT TUESDAY - despite explaining the circumstances and symptoms. Disappointing really - apparently, heart palpitations, insomnia, exhaustion and chronic pain are not sufficient triggers for an urgent appointment. The system sucks.
