Buddleia...

...in full flower even though it is October. I took this through my front window (which is dirty!). Behind this Buddliea is another bush of a beautiful pink Buddliea which has just come into flower. 

And in my back garden I have another beautiful pink Buddliea which has just started flowering, and a deeper purple Buddliea as well. 

So I have plenty of Buddliea for any late butterflies! The bees and insects are enjoying them. 

I do get late Peacock butterflies. Sometimes into November.

Hopefully they will continue to flower for another month or so. 

I think Buddliea is the only flower I can grow very well!!!
