First attempt

Morning spent putting the second coat of paint on the main structure of the shelf unit. Very different sort of painting in the afternoon!

A while ago I mentioned to MrM that I intended to enrol on a 5-week course on painting with acrylics and, much to my surprise, he said he'd like to do it too. So, this afternoon, we went to Alnwick Arts Arts and Crafts Centre for the fist session, which we both throughly enjoyed. Here's my attempt - don't look too closely! - at painting Bamburgh Castle viewed across the mudflats.

Then it was a meal at Carlo's and a supermarket shop before driving home in the dark.
