Discussing house bids

R in important communication with G whilst entertaining Robin at a playground.

A day that started with pouring rain, but brightened up nicely later on, and involved complicated arrangements to get a second viewing on a house that R and G liked, caring for a toddler, a baby, and a dog, enabling R to get to her sister's birthday meal.

It all went well.  The house is characterful,  and interesting.  Lots of room for the price, but in need of considerable updating.  Some fascinating features, including the empty pool in the basement (see extra). Shortly before we viewed the house, someone else made an offer, so whilst we were in the playground R and G were discussing (by text message) making an offer, and the maximum they were prepared to offer.  As we speak, their offer is leading, but it remains to be seen how high the other interested parties are prepared to go.

Robin was camera shy today - see second extra.  Milo was not (third extra).
