A Wild Swan

For several nights we have had to endure disco music and fireworks from a marquee which has been set up in Parklands Mansion, to the side of our estate.  We think it's the run up to a wedding but we've had no "sorry for the inconvenience, we'll try and keep the noise down and turned off by 11 p.m."

Last night was the worst.  We had to endure hour upon hour of thumping and vibration followed by fifteen minutes of fireworks just after 10 p.m.  Of the whole estate, we are probably the ones least likely to be inconvenienced as the marquee is on the far side of their house, but it's been appalling, and so much worse for those whose houses back onto the Mansion garden.  We understand it will happen again tonight.  The only access to the property is around half a mile away and even then it would be impossible to gain access because of the gated entrance.

The Police are not interested and nor is the Environmental Agency, which wants forms filled in with in-depth details.
