Manic

A busy day, what with trying to capture all the birds on the feeders at once and then entertaining the family on what's been a pretty dismal day, although the rain did stop around lunchtime.

The village's Parish Clerk (who lives next door) very kindly persuaded Environmental Health to send someone out to listen to the noise from the Mansion last night, but guess what, it was as quiet as the grave.  Bad timing. 

I like the expressions on a couple of the goldfinches in the extra, watching one of them drop off the bottom of the picture.
