Birthdays

Me: Can you just lower your head slightly?
Mrs B: Can't I just eat my cake already?
Me: Right just one more, hang on.
Mrs B: *Sigh*

She puts up with a lot. Even on her birthday. I am very grateful.

Went to Jamie's Italian again. It was pretty nice, the food was decent, although I probably could have made some of it at home. The waiter was very friendly although I wonder whether they are told to talk like Jamie. Everything on the menu was 'wicked', 'awesome' etc.

The guy on the table next to us typed the gratuity on the card machine wrong, didn't check the total and accidentally tipped the waiter £4200.
The service wasn't that good....
