Not Extra Strong

Not feeling extra strong at all! Came back from Edinburgh and am full of cold and it is heading for my chest. Was supposed to be helping Himself with the clearing of the old kitchen but all I could manage was to sew on a couple of buttons! How pathetic is that?!

At least I got the chance to use my lovely old button thread. It is ancient, I think it came to me in my Granny's sewing box. I have had it for years and it is on a wooden bobbin, which is a rarity these days too. My coat buttons are metal and so this thread is ideal; ordinary thread lasts no time at all. Extra strong is what is required!
