Puppy weighing

Three times a year we have to go and weigh 100 fur seal puppies to check on the general health of the population. The first trip of the year is the easiest as they're still quite small and light (maximum 9.8kg) but some of them are pretty feisty and it's a good morning workout. Followed by a fry-up courtesy of the seal team.
This little group had climbed onto a small outcrop, avoiding the mud of the main beach, and watched us intently as we made our way past them.
