Howdy Gofy!

Today Andrea and I hit yet MORE shops! We both nearly finished our xmas shopping and had more traditional Philly food, this time a Pulled Pork sandwich from Tony Lukes.

When she left the house Andrea had put the kids down for a nap, her and Pat then got "Elf on a Shelf" out, also known as Gofy in this house hold, as named by Chris. When the kids awoke Pat put on the DVD and read them the story book and when they came down the stairs Gofy was here on the breakfast bar! This is Chris trying to do a thumbs up, bless his 3 little yrs! He also looks so cute in his Woody PJs.

For those in the UK who don't know about Elf On The Shelf, I must say its the best idea ever, totally getting it for Olivia and Lily next yr. The story is that the elf cannot be touched by humans or he'll lose his magic powers, but he flys in from the North Pole and finds a spot in your house and observes who's being naughty or nice, then at night when all are in bed flys back to the North Pole and reports back. Next day he'll be back but in a new place in the house (mum and dad have nothing to do with this of course) Awesome concept, want to buy it all! Chris responded to it so well - good trick for the festive period, can't see it working all yr but oh well.

Later on Andrea made THE BEST wings with so many different sauces, Italians totally know how to cook!
