What is it ?

I spent a lovely day in Covent Garden and before I met up with my friend, I took a number of photos from less than obvious angles.

This is one of the more obvious. Facebook friends can see how many things they recognise.

It was the final dress rehearsal of Donizetti’s “Don Pasquale “, with Bryn Terfel in the title role. I’ve never seen this before. It was brilliantly staged, excellently acted, full of tunes, and short. 

Now home in time for Strictly. Furbie and I are sitting comfortably.
